[Tig] Royal Dutch Shell Ferrari spots

Does anyone here know who the principals were in the production of the  
"Shell" petroleum promotionals that were done with Ferrari?  The ones  
in which the various vintages of GP cars are running in various world  
cities, ending with Luca Badoer in the (2003GA?) pulling up to a Shell  
gas pump, supposedly in Rome.  "Non c'é malé..." says the guy holding  
the stop watch and the nozzle.

ARRI has become interested in the back story and so any contacts would  
be appreciated.  If there are CML correspondents, I won't cross-post  
just yet...
