     My TV also came with all sorts of ludicrous presets.  I wound up having 
it ISF calibrated.  A technician came to my home and set it up perfectly.  I 
was not about to go into the arcane service menu by myself, and he bought a 
Sencore probe.  It took a few hours and was worth every penny.   I highly 
recommend professional calibration for new sets, even those that have a 
quasi-normal preset.   It really made a huge difference, and when I see one 
of my transfers on the air, it (usually!) looks exactly as it did in the 
bay.
