it looks like they anticipate international entries, but i'll have to  
figure out how to trick their entry form for phone #.

having gone over the rules, it looks like someone could conceivably do  
this on very professional gear- the best color correctors, for  
example-  making the film quite original in terms of the post.     
Let's see, I just need an editor who doesn't mind spending 2-3 weeks  
on it, and then I'll spend a couple of days doing the grading...  is  
it worth it?
