[Tig] Dreamcolor display and color issues

Both the Dreamcolor monitor and Davio have HDMI connectors.

However (as I was told yesterday by a Cine-tal reseller) the HDMI 1.3 on
the Davio is still 8 bit. They are working on it being 10bit
