[Tig] YouTube can now play 4K

Yes, I saw these news articles.  I went to play one of these "4k" 
videos and the player only supported up to 1080P (but only played well 
at 720P).  The article text described that the content was sourced 
from a 4k scan but I don't see any evidence that YouTube can actually 
play 4k content.  It seems more likely that the "4k" was down-rezzed 
to 1080P and the article writers are confused (as usual).
