[Tig] How to convert a 3D lut in Mesh 5 to Mesh 4

Hi Liao,

if memory serves well the 3DLUT increment the steps over R first, then G,
then B. So you want to skip values like this:
source:
AAA
AAB
AAC
ABA
ABB
ABC
ACA
ACB
ACC
BAA
BAB
BAC
BBA
BBB
BBC
BCA
BCB
BCC
CCC
CAA
CAB
CAC
CBA
CBB
CBC
CCA
CCB
CCC
and turn that into (removing the Bs):
AAA
AAC
ACA
ACC
CAA
CAC
CCA
CCC
it's all about skipping the right lines!
