[Tig] How to convert a 3D lut in Mesh 5 to Mesh 4

Hi  Cedric:

I am really appreciated for you idea. Base on your idea, I write a script
to convert a mesh5 LUT to mesh 4.

Take mesh 3 converting to mesh 2 for example, just discard all the triplet
 the number of multiple of 2 in mesh 3.
