It is my understanding that nitrate stock was never used for 16mm because of
the danger and risk of fire.

 I have 23 early not nitrous B & W 16 mm clips that I need transferred..
being out of telecine and transfer for a while who is in the LA area that is
doing this type of work .. Also how familiar is anyone with the Kinetta
system
 I am looking for someone so I can set this up and get it done thank you
